There are no other rules specified on the web page, unlike before when most of their free trip contests were specifically not open to residents of the Philippines. No information whether they will assist with the visa or not. I’m also not sure if the prizes are transferable or not. I was able to join the contest and I don’t need tickets to come here. The contest runs until April 7, 2010 and travel must be completed until April 30.
