Don’t you just love seeing all the Christmas decorations during this season? In the 1980s, my family would travel to Cubao in December to shop and to view the displays at the Manila COD Department Store. In high school, my friends and I would visit the exclusive Villa Teresa Subdivision in Angeles City and admire the beautiful houses decorated with the Nativity, huge Christmas lanterns and of course, lights and light fixtures in various decors.
Christmas is not a big holiday in Korea but at least there is still an effort to join in one of the biggest celebrations of the Christian world. Here are some of the Christmas displays in Seoul.

hi…love the pics…by the way, got some problems with a Korean friend currently living here in the Philippines…i think he is not in his proper self… I’ve just heard that he had a history of some kind of mental decease. i think it’s reoccurring now. but he doesn’t admit to himself that he’s unwell. it’s visible though his actions and thoughts. i want to help him. i want to inform his family about it but i got no ways to do it. i don’t speak Korean well enough to relay my message to them. could you help me? thanks
