I saw the ad for the 2009 Seoul Doll Fair in the subway on my way home Friday night. I took note of the website since I thought it might be interesting to visit the fair when it opens.
Traditional Korean porcelain doll is featured on the event’s website.
The 2009 Seoul Doll Fair will run from December 24 to January 4 next year. It will be held in Hall A of the COEX Building in Samseong-dong in Gangnam-gu (where there are lots of metal buildings). The venue will open at 10 o’clock in the morning until 7 o’clock in the evening.
Tickets for the said event is 10,000 won for adults, 7,000 won for teenagers and 4,000 won for children. Last year’s event was well-attended and was graced by Korean celebrities, including the Wonder Girls. I hope to see you there!
