I’ve been busy the past few days that I forgot to post about this. I received an email last Monday from a recruiting company. They are looking for a Filipino recruiter for their office in Seoul, located in Gwanghwamun.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
TIMES SEARCH INC is looking for qualified candidates that possess the following:
1.Bachelor’s degree(or Associate Degree). Experience in contingency or retained search service is preferred.
2.Fluency in English. Must possess effective communication skills to build and maintain appropriate level of communication with client HR Managers, Client Division Managers and other staffing personnel.
3.Korean or Foreigners with F-2 /F-4Visa.
4.An excellent CV with a track record of leadership and overseas&! nbsp;experience. Exposure and or experiences/internships in high performing organizations are preferred.
5.Must demonstrate strong customer service standards while acting as a Consultant to Clients..
6. Must be internet savvy. good in writing and speaking in English
1.Assess job openings and meet with Clients to determine the parameters of the hiring process and hiring criteria;
2.Evaluate, recommend, select recruiting sources for job openings and cultivate a pool of qualified candidates from sources;
3.Conduct phone screens, assess and evaluate candi! dates; predetermined parameters. Build rapport with pool of Candidates to facilitate testing and offer criteria;
4.Conduct one-on-one interviews with Candidates, guide Client towards appropriate Candidate selection;
5.Conduct follow through to ensure smooth transition to hire.
