What’s your real age?
Have you heard of the RealAge Test?
I’d seen this before in Oprah where two famous health experts, Drs. Oz and Raizen, also known as “The You Docs” for the bestselling books they have on health, calculate a person’s real age based on his health, habits, relationship, diet and fitness. I visited the website where I could Take the free RealAge Test. I did the test and lo and behold, I am 1.5 years younger than my calendar age.
I’m glad to know that I’m a “few months” younger than my calendar age because that’s exactly how I feel. I don’t have a lot of unhealthy habits and I have a great relationship with my family and friends. I also try to have a positive outlook.
