The Deadliest Catch, about the alaskan king crab fishing season, is one of my favorite TV shows ever! It is now in its fourth season and although I missed a lot of the previous episodes, it’s so refreshing to see it again. The first time I saw it, I thought I was going to be bored but instead I got hooked. IMO, this is one of the most exciting reality shows and I’m not even a big fan of them.
The Deadliest Catch has given us an insight into the ferocity of the Bering Sea. Catching alaskan king crabs is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. I still remember that first season wherein one of the ships capsized and and only one member of the crew survived.
Crabs are deliciously. Knowing that it takes a lot of effort catching alaskan king crabs makes it even more special.
