Coffee is good for you!
I have a mug of hot coffee on my desk as I type this. I’ve been drinking coffee for more than two decades now and I’ve been told time and time again that it is bad for my body. However, recent research that points to the Benefits of coffee have encouraged me to not quit drinking for it is anti-oxidant rich. In fact, a lot of what we were told as “bad” for the body, e.g. chocolates, wine, have been found to contain anti-oxidants that have anti-aging benefits. Watch this:

Yeah, it is a complete 180 spin on everything! I actually started drinking coffee because I found out it is good for you. I’m not addicted - in fact, I am repulsed by the stuff. I drink it like medicine, haha.

Coffee is one of those things I live on. Brewed, instant, canned, iced, hot, black, flavored… Talagang walang matigas na tinapay sa mainit na kape!

Contradicting po sa ilang researches. Sabi kasi sa ilang books na isa sa mga causative factor ng mga peripheral vascular diseases eh yung mahabang panahon na pag-inom ng coffee plus, nakaka demineralized ng bone. Hindi pa mararamdaman ang effect pag bata pa siyempre pero pagtanda na tsaka pa lang mag-k-kick in yung signs and symptoms.
