Have you checked your mailboxes lately? Before I leave my apartment, I always check our mailbox. It is located on the ground floor of our building, along with other residential mailboxes.
We’ve been having lots of mail lately! I guess it’s because the year had just started and we’ve been receiving reminders for bills… bills… and more bills! Of course, there’s also the letter from my mom. My mom doesn’t use the computer so she still sends mail the old fashion way. I remember that I used to collect stamps from friends living overseas. I still have them (and my coin collection too!) at our home in Angeles City in the Philippines.
In a way, I’m still old-fashioned. I still get excited when I see that there’s a mail in our mailbox. If I weren’t living in an apartment, I would love to have one of those fancy residential mailboxes. However, since I live in a building, commercial or multi-unit mailboxes is more practical.
